LEADERSHIP revealed that Prostitutes, street urchins and vandals are working round the clock to ensure ‘operation light up’ Abuja project ends in futility.

By the time a good Samaritan stopped to help me, I have lost valuable to these dubious guys, who immediately retreated the moment a Sienna car stopped to help."
