Worth of a Closed Lead - Auto Insurance

Well, I been in contact with agent from Texas regarding auto insurance leads. I gave her 22 leads from which few are closed, 4-5 maybe. she closed one from my first five leads I gave her.

Well we have a deal on commission basis. like she will pay me per closed lead rather than per lead payment. what will their worth as she will tell me on Thursday about the leads she closed and commission etc.
