Has Americo Changed Anything?

Hi,
I have submitted 2 smokers with COPD to Americo lately and both were offered UP3. All medications were OK in an old drug guide I had. Rewrote both with Transamerica and they were issued. I thought they may use oxygen and didn't tell me, but Transamerica wouldn't have issued them if they did.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
