Best IMO for a Newbie?

Hi,
I got my life license about a month ago, I've talked to a couple of IMO</acronym>'s who seem to be more interested in having me recruit new members than in actually helping families and writing business. I have a full time job that I enjoy and am reasonably good at, I don't really want to be a recruiter but would like to sell MP on a part time basis, I'm thinking 5-10 policies a month. What IMO</acronym> would you seasoned guys recommend? Please accept my thanks in advance for your assistance.
