Well, I been in contact with agent from Texas regarding auto insurance leads. I gave her 22 leads from which few are closed, 4-5 maybe. she closed one from my first five leads I gave her. Can you confirm if a comprehensive motor policy would cover loss, damage or liability to the declared insured vehicle(s) if the insured allowed a third party (family member or consultant or other third party (not for reward)) to use/operate the vehicle? Need some guidance from an adjuster please!! Vehicles had the green light and a pedestrian jaywalked across traffic which caused traffic to come to a hault.
