This medicine is really working for me. I'm into my second month on it. I take 100mg twice a day, always with food. I'm starting to really notice my results at this point. I feel you need to give this medicine time to work, you can't expect results right away, my acne did get a little bit worse when I first started it but now I'm not getting any pimples and it's even helping the scars from prior acne.
