Hi,


I am thinking about coming to Bitburg Germany to stay in my brother's home there. I want to be with my mother who has a pension as well as health insurance in the US. Unfortunately I do not have any health insurance and I do not want to have any health insurance. In addition, my mother wants to be able to claim me as a dependent? I am in the middle age with some savings, but nothing huge. Any advise would be great.


Please help.
